CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE

The use of this website as well as any of its services implies reading, understanding and accepting these conditions of purchase and sale.

All users, both buyers and sellers, must comply with the provisions of this section in a supplementary and additional manner to the provisions of the applicable Law, especially as provided by the Spanish Civil Code and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLDCU)

CONTRACTS BETWEEN USERS - TRANSACTION CONDITIONS

Every user who places an order on Footcards.eu acquires a formal and firm commitment to complete the order, by paying it in full, constituting a legally valid contract between the buyer and the seller. Non-payment of one or more orders will be considered a breach of contract with all applicable legal effects. 

The purchase price must be paid within one week after the establishment of said contract. 

The seller will have the right to cancel the order after this period has expired. 

The seller is forced to ship the order within one week after payment has been made. Additionally, you must ship it using the shipping method chosen by the buyer. 

he buyer will have the right to cancel the order after this period has expired without charge. The respective price of the item is the final price, including VAT, IGIC or any other applicable indirect tax. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. 

The buyer is obliged to provide the seller, when placing an order, with a complete and reliable address to which to send the products. Non-receipt, late receipt or damage of any kind due to the omission of this duty will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Repeated failure to comply with these terms by any buyer or seller may result in the user being expelled from this platform.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS

Sellerswill have the following shipping methods enabled by default: Ordinary letter, Certified letter and Blue package, all of them products from Correos Spain postal service. 

In addition, each seller may add personalized shipping methods, being responsible in all cases for their correct inclusion and for the prices that this additional system shows for any cart. 

The seller must bear any loss caused by errors or false calculations caused by shipping methods other than those offered standardly by Footcards.eu. 

All shipping methods included in Footcards.eu have a reasonable delivery time, usually between 2 and 5 days for different Correos products. 

Shipping costs will depend on the following variables: shipping method, weight and order value. The real and final cost of shipping will be calculated in real time by Footcards.eu specifically for each order placed by the customer. 

The standard shipping costs offered by Footcards.eu will be calculated by adding a surcharge of between 0.50 and 2.00 euros, depending on the weight of the shipment, to the official rates of Correos Spain which can be consulted at the following link:

ORDERS CANCELLATIONS

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous section, any user may, before sending the order, request the seller to cancel it for any reason. 

The seller must facilitate the cancellation of this in any case to provide the best possible customer service. 

Sellers have no legal obligation to agree to cancellation when they act in legal transactions as non-professional natural persons. Any seller acting as a professional, whether a natural or legal person, will have the legal obligation to facilitate cancellation in all situations, as a recognized right to the buyer, who in these cases will have the status of consumer.

This cancellation policy will not apply in the case of items made to measure, obtained by order or whose cancellation renders all or some of the products it contains useless.

ORDEN RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Law (TRLDCU) provides a right of withdrawal to consumers for the provision of the service provided as well as for distance contracts that do not involve any cost. 

In accordance with said law, we inform you below about the right of withdrawal. 

This right is only applicable to natural person clients who establish a purchase and sale contract for products or services acquired or provided remotely. 

Professional or commercial clients may not use this right. Likewise, the seller must meet the status of professional or businessman for this right to be enforceable by the buyer, not being applicable in any case when both parties are non-professional natural persons.

The right of withdrawal implies the possibility of terminating the purchase and sale contract within a period of 14 days, without having to give any reason, with restitution of the benefits.

The seller, if the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, must refund all payments received, including shipping costs, once the content of the order is received back and found in perfect condition. 

The shipping costs caused by the return of the product by the buyer to the seller will be the responsibility of the former. Both in cases of order cancellation and returns, the seller must proceed to refund the payment by the same means by which the order was paid. 

If the payment method used was intermediated by Footcards.EU, you must request assistance from the support team to proceed with said return, authorizing this entity to pay the amounts corresponding to the buyer on your behalf. Returns made by buyers must observe the utmost diligence, maintaining the condition and packaging of the products in their original state, and returning them with the greatest guarantees and protection possible, to be eligible for a full refund.
